To celebrate this significant milestone, BasedApp is rolling out the BasedGold program via our inaugural NFT mint. By minting the BasedGold Genesis NFT, you will be eligible for the BasedGold program and be eligible to redeem a BasedApp Gold Card once it launches in November 2024.

BasedGold NFT: Genesis Collection

The BasedGold Genesis Collection features just 500 NFTs. All NFTs (except those from the in-app mint) will be tradable in the marketplace, but owning one grants you access to the BasedGold program and the exclusive Gold Card.

There will be different minting stages, as highlighted below:

Phase 1 In-App Mint (Only for BasedApp Current Cardholders)

BasedApp cardholders can choose to mint the NFTs in-app, but note that those will not be transferable. However, it ensures you automatically receive a Gold Card once it is ready. If you would like a transferable NFT, you can join the mint from phase 2 or 3.

To be eligible for this mint, current BasedApp users must have at least 1,000 lifetime points. Check your account to view your lifetime points. Users can pay with WETH or pay through the card in SGD.

• Date: 19 Aug, 10am SGT (GMT+8)

• Number of NFTs: 30 (non-transferable)

• Mint Price: 0.39 ETH

Phase 2 Mint (Whitelisted Communities)

To be eligible for this mint, you must belong to the following whitelisted communities: Arc Stellar, Pudgy Penguin and Lil Pudgy NFT holders.

• Date: 19 Aug, 10am SGT (GMT+8) - 26 Aug, 9 AM SGT (GMT+8)

• Number of NFTs: 100

• Mint Price: 0.42 ETH

• Criteria: Only one NFT can be minted per eligible wallet

Phase 3 Mint (Public)

Anyone can mint the NFT and trade it in the marketplace. However, you have to own the NFT to receive the Gold Card. (Do note that residents of these countries will not be able to redeem for the card. You are still able to mint the NFT should you still choose to.)
